Booking and Deposits

To book a society event, please contact the Pro Shop on 01942 813195 or email the Secretary@hartcommongolfclub.co.uk.

* Bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of:
- Upto 4 tee times - £50
- Over 4 tee times - £100
* The full deposit must be received within 7 days of booking the event otherwise the tee times will be released to the general public.
* Hart Common Golf Club reserve the right to cancel a society booking if the full deposit has not been received within 7 days.
* A society deposit cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another date subject to a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
* If a society fails to show on a pre-booked date, the society will be required to pay Hart Common Golf Club the full booking amount.
* Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the event and Hart Common Golf Club reserve the right to charge in full for confirmed numbers.

Society Package Special offer
All society packages booked will receive 1 persons round of golf free for every 20 society members booked and paid for.
Please ask when booking about any special deals available.
We aim to make your society day out a great experience and Hart Common somewhere you will come to again and again.
